Shipping cost is calculated at the checkout. Because each set is handmade, please allow 2 – 3 weeks for your order to be made. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are placed. When your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and estimated time of arrival.
Make certain that that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. The Powder Room is not responsible or obligated to replace or refund packages delivered to the address provided. If a package has a status of “Delivered” but you did not receive it, check your order to ensure the shipping address provided was correct. If the address provided was correct, contact your local post office for assistance.
